Ted Strelec
Ted has over 30 years of proven private club experience at esteemed clubs like Bear Lakes Country Club, The Country Club of Scranton and most recently Wellington National Golf Club. Born in New Jersey and raised in South Florida, Ted, his wife and two daughters call Jupiter home. On his off time, he enjoys traveling to exotic surf destinations, competing in triathlons and spending time with his family. Ted strives to deliver a great experience for members and guests.
 
Executive Chef
Patrick Fagen
Chef Patrick is a graduate of the legendary Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He is formally trained and certified as a Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary Federation. In addition, he is a fellow of the American Academy of Chefs and the Honor Society of American Culinary Federation. Chef Patrick has served as the Executive Chef in private clubs such as Pine Tree Golf Club in Boynton Beach and most recently Bear Lakes Country Club in West Palm Beach. He has a reputation for delivering delicious dishes with amazing flavors and variety.
 
Food & Beverage Director
Cristian Boie
Cristian is originally from Transylvania, Romania. He previously resided in Connecticut and New York before relocating to Florida a few years ago. Before joining The Turtle Creek Club, Cristian held key positions at prestigious restaurants and country clubs in New York, Connecticut, and Florida, such as Woodway Country Club, Oasis NY Lounge, and Ember Management Group Palm Beach. He is known for his exceptional leadership and innovative food and beverage service approach. Cristian is dedicated to enhancing the member experience through impeccable service, diverse culinary offerings, and strategic management. Outside of work, Cristian enjoys playing and watching soccer, hosting dinner parties, wine tastings, traveling, as well as being with his wife and Shih Tzu.
 
Chief Financial Officer
Wilma Bormuth
Wilma Bormuth is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Turtle Creek Club, where she oversees all financial operations, strategic planning, and fiscal management. With over 25 years of experience in financial leadership at Turtle Creek, Wilma brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the club, ensuring its continued growth and financial stability. She is a Florida Native and came to Turtle Creek Club after finishing her accounting degree at Palm Beach State College. Wilma has seen many changes to Turtle Creek as they keep us moving forward in the future.
 
Membership Director
Kaydee Schultz
Kaydee Schultz is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in the Club industry, currently serving as the Membership Director at Turtle Creek Club but began her journey as the Communications Director in 2014. Beyond her professional achievements, Kaydee is a recreational golfer herself, understanding the nuances and needs of the golfing community from both a personal and professional perspective. She is dedicated to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment at Turtle Creek, ensuring that every member feels valued and appreciated. Kaydee’s commitment to excellence, combined with her warm and approachable demeanor, makes her an invaluable asset to the club and a beloved figure among the members. When she's not working you can find the Florida Native in the water taking Marine Life Photography or seeking new adventures.
 
Golf Course Superintendent
Clarence Covington
With over 10+ years of experience in high end golf course maintenance, Clarence has worked at courses such as Jupiter Hills, Old Palm, Trump National Westchester and more. He takes pride in working with other club departments to give the membership the best golf experience every day. Clarence lives in Jupiter with his wife and new baby daughter.
 
Head Golf Professional
Toby Hill
Toby has been a PGA Golf Professional since 1995, working at some of the finest clubs in America. Toby is originally from Ashtabula, Ohio and moved to Florida in 2004 to work at Bear Lakes Country Club where he was employed for fifteen years. Before that, Toby gained experience working at Sycamore Hills in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Barrington Golf Club in Aurora, Ohio and The Country Club of Scranton in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Toby coached the Cardinal Newman High School golf team for nine years leading the team to the 2010 State Championship. Toby was also awarded 2010 FHSAA Coach of the Year. Toby has been at Turtle Creek since 2019.
 
Lead Assistant Professional
Ryan Crowley
Ryan Crowley is the Lead Assistant Golf Professional here at Turtle Creek Club. Ryan is a Florida native, originally from Pembroke Pines, Florida. He previously worked at Bear Lakes Country Club for the last 13 years. Ryan grew up in the Palm Beach area playing competitive golf. Ryan was part of the 2010 High School State Championship team at Cardinal Newman High School. He won the 2017 Palm Beach County Amateur and was named Palm Beach County Player of the Year for 2017. Then turned Professional later that year and earned status on the Mackenzie PGA Tour for the 2017-2018 Season. Ryan currently is a PGA Associate in the PGM program for Golf Operations.
 
Assistant Golf Professional
Brian Bartow
Brian is originally from Rye Neck, NY and graduated from Bucknell University where he was a captain on the golf team. He has worked at numerous prestigious clubs in the Met Section in NY such as Round Hill Club, The Apawamis Club and Sunningdale Country Club as well as Pine Tree Golf Club and Old Palm Golf Club in Florida. Brian also spent three years playing professionally and takes that experience into one of his passions, teaching & coaching. He spent two years working directly under top instructor Jim Mclean at his flagship golf school in Miami, FL Brian enjoys working with players of all abilities and has spearheaded Turtle Creek’s new junior golf academy. He is entering his second year as an assistant professional at Turtle Creek. Off the course Brian enjoys spending time outside playing tennis, pickleball, and running as well as being with his wife and daughter at their home in Wellington.
 
Seasonal Teaching Professional
Aaron Fagan
Aaron grew up in Milwaukee, WI and moved to Orlando, FL in 2000. He quickly became the youngest Leadbetter Certified Golf Instructor worldwide at the age of 24. After 10 years at the Leadbetter Headquarters, Aaron took his knowledge of the golf swing to various courses in the Orlando area. Aaron uses his cause and effect approach to quickly assess the areas of the golf swing and game that need the most improvement. Having taught more than 15,000 players over his 20 year teaching career, his systematic approach to improvement is time tested. Aaron has coached players from all different levels from PGA Tour players to beginners. Aaron is back for another season at Turtle Creek, contact him directly to book your lessons.
